Round 1 Lineup: New Faces!

A new face and a returning one were the biggest news stories to emerge when The Bullets tonight announced their team for the Round 1 clash against Crankiest Cobras.

The 're-debut' of Simon Conti has many Bullets supporters salivating after a couple of dazzling displays in The Bullets' two practices matches this past fortnight. Bullet tragics will remember Conti playing a half of football back in Round 6 2006. After toiling away in the seconds for the past couple of seasons, Conti this week gets his chance to impress at senior level.

This week's game also sees the debut of David Gutteridge. We wish him well. He gets his opportunity after the tragic season-ending injury to star forward Dean Jones in last week's practice match.

Rob 'The Haze' Hazell, Narelle 'Nally' Jones, and Luke '32' Barisic all return to action as well.

The team will once again be led by four-time Coach Of The Year, Warren 'Coachy' Burford.
